  • Answer: The programme is for all ladies around from around the age of 25-70 who would like to lose weight, tone up, build healthier habits, improve fitness levels, or help reduce health conditions!

  • Q. What types of workouts are includes?
  • Answer: Each workout is designed specifically for the individual themselves. Workouts would include resistance, cardiovascular, hiit, and mobility exercises.

  • Q. How long are the workouts?
  • Answer: With each workout being designed to each individual the workouts would range from 15 minutes to 60 minutes. Focusing on the ability to fit them into a busy schedual.

  • Q. Can I do workouts at home?
  • Answer: Yes! You definitely can, all workouts are tailored to you, your needs, preferences, likes and dislikes.

  • Q. Do you provide a meal plan?
  • Answer: Yes! As we talk over your goals, we will discuss what are the best ways for you to help you on your weightloss journey! Macronutrients, recipes ideas, and nutritional information/advice on hand when ever needed!

  • Q. Do I need to count calories?
  • Answer: No! On your consultation we will discuss what best way works for you! The program focuses on creating sustainable eating habits, and you’ll receive tips to help you understand portion sizes and make balanced food choices.

  • Q. How quickly will I see results?
  • Answer: This varies depending on your consistency and starting point. Many clients notice improved energy and fitness within a few weeks and visible changes in 4-8 weeks.
